职位描述
1. 按照公司SOP、ICH-GCP、方案和影像质量的要求，制定项目计划书和其他影像相关的文档及报告;
2. 完成制作研究项目的时间进程、资金预算和医院管理;
3. Supervise and back-up for Imaging Specialist. 对影像专员的工作进行监督和支持;
4. Assist independent readers’selection. 协助进行独立读片人的筛选;
5. Master basic knowledge of reading criteria for studies学习并掌握具体项目所设立的读片标准;
6. Monitors and QC of offsite assessments/blinded reads. 监督独立读片进程并质控读片结果;
7. Updates and maintains project tracking logs as required. 按需要更新和维护项目文本记录并能跟进;
8. Perform necessary training for team members and build the effective team.对项目成员进行必要的培训以建立高绩效的临床研究团队;

10. To undertake other reasonable related duties as assigned 处理其他合理分配的相关工作。

 任职资格：
1. Bachelor degree or above in medical imaging, medical bioengineering, pharmacology or Biology related major. 医学影像、生物医学工程、药学或生物学相关等教育背景，本科及以上学历;
2. Familiar with medical imaging and clinical trials, Understanding of SFDA, ICH regulations. 熟悉医学影像（例如：CT, MR, 放射线核素，B超，DSA等）和临床试验研究的基础知识，了解SFDA、ICH法规;
3. Prefer 2~4 years radiology working experience. 最好在医院放射科有2-4年的工作经验;
4. Proficiency in verbal/written communication in Chinese/English. 熟练应用中英文;
5. Excellence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.). 熟练应用Microsoft Office软件;
Others 其它基本要求
6. Results-oriented and team player. 结果导向和良好的合作精神;
7. Good presentation and negotiation skills.良好的沟通表达和谈判技能;
8. Establish good relationship with clients and site. 和客户及医院建立良好的关系。
9. Clinical trail relevant experience is prefer.有临床试验相关经验优先。
